BREAK TIME When you have the yoga studio for yourself between classes... Setting up for some deep rest in restorative postures. Since doing the restorative yoga teacher qualification, this practice has become essential in my weekly selfcare rituals for deep, nourishing rest from the energy draining effects of a full-time job and holding space for people through my health coaching and yoga teaching. Whilst I love it all, I know that looking after myself is not just a priority to be all of the different roles I fulfill, but also because I want to be a lasting inspiration for healthy living for the people around me. #yogateacher #healthcoach #womenwhowork #restorativeyoga #instantmaui #avibrantlife #healthyhabits #restorative #selfcare #ritual
