Question about my weekly embodied yoga foundation classes? Today is a great opportunity to join as we are discussing as a group on how we want to shape and continue these classes.⁠
On 21 March, Global Sisterhood Day, I will be hosting another women's circle with Jessica between 5-7 pm CET. Our hope and vision for these circles is to bring together a group of committed women that are willing to go deep into sisterhood. To circle regularly together and explore those things that really matter to us. To bond in such a strong way which is only open to women who are willing to do the work and help to make this planet a healthier, more just place for all of us and our children. Yep, we want to go big, and yes, we know this starts with us.⁠
